Signature Global is engaged in real estate development in NCR, Delhi and Gurugram. The company operates in the affordable housing and residential housing segment. It claims to be the largest and the fastest growing player in the region and the segment that it operates with a market share of 19% in the mid and affordable housing segment. In the Gurugram and Sohna region it has a 49% market share for the real estate units developed under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana.;
